1. General

Kubed Co. (“Kubed Co.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides design-forward installation rentals and related services for weddings, private events, brand activations, corporate functions, and entertainment events. By submitting an inquiry, booking, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations & Availability

Kubed Co. accepts a limited number of events per date to ensure quality, precision, and seamless execution. Availability is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit. Dates are reserved exclusively once confirmed.

3. Pricing & Proposals

All pricing is customized based on event date, location, duration, scope, and any design or customization requirements. Proposals are valid for a limited time and subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Custom units are developed in alignment with event needs, brand guidelines, and production requirements. Final scope and specifications are confirmed prior to fabrication or installation.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

5. Design & Customization

For custom or branded installations, Kubed Co. collaborates with clients, planners, and internal brand teams to translate approved creative direction into physical form. Once designs are approved and production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
All designs, concepts, and proprietary fabrication methods remain the intellectual property of Kubed Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Installation, Access & Site Conditions

Client or planner is responsible for securing venue approval, access times, and any required permits. Adequate space, power (if applicable), and safe working conditions must be provided. Kubed Co. reserves the right to modify or decline installation if site conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was disclosed.

7. Use, Care & Responsibility

Client agrees to ensure reasonable care of all Kubed Co. installations during the event. Kubed Co. is not responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, weather conditions, or venue staff. Client may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or negligence.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on timing, scope, and production status.

9. Force Majeure

Kubed Co. shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, labor disruptions, or venue-related issues.

10. Photography & Marketing

Kubed Co. reserves the right to photograph or document installations for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. Brand-sensitive or embargoed events will be respected when communicated in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kubed Co.’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. Kubed Co. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Acceptance

By submitting an inquiry, signing a proposal, or confirming a booking, client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
